  4. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  5. 1 tablespoon water
  6. Pinch sea salt and black pepper
  7. Low-fat olive oil spray
  8. 1 clove garlic, minced
  9. 1 onion, finely diced
  10. 1 package silken tofu, very well drained
  11. 1 tablespoon very finely chopped parsley
Suggested sides
  1. Fresh and organic tomatoes
  2. Cucumber slices
  3. Slices of avocado
  4. Spinach
  5. Mushrooms
  6. Black olives
  7. Rye bread
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together nutritional yeast, turmeric, cumin, paprika, water, salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Mist a frying pan with low fat cooking oil and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant, for about 2 minutes.
  3. Crumble tofu into the pan, breaking it up with your fingers. Pour seasoning over tofu and combine well, trying to colour as much tofu as possible (you will get a yellowish colour that looks exactly like egg). Cook for 2 minutes or until tofu is hot and a bit crispy.
  4. Toss in chopped parsley and continue to stir for another 2 minutes on low heat.
  5. Once cooked, serve with favourite sides and toppings.
